THOMAS
In the years after culinary school, I’ve trained in some top NYC kitchens, including Gramercy Tavern, Lilia, and Mel’s.
I’m ready to use this experience to bring fine dining to your home—but not in the stuffy, starched-white-linen-only kind of way. Food is my joy and my passion, and I relish sharing that with my guests and clients.
From elegant, plated entrées to towering, convivial layer cakes, I’ll work with you to create a custom menu that will leave you and your guests thankful you passed on that reservation.
